Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States.   

Since our items are made to order and in small batches, we are happy to exchange items within 14 days of purchase. Please contact hi@spennyroad.com and we will be happy to process your request.

We try our best to ship our items with the utmost care, but due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, sometimes they can arrive creased. Do not iron. With a light steam the item should de wrinkle quickly. 

Spot clean only with water and a gentle soap. Do not machine wash.

Our hardware is specifically designed to attach onto shoes and fabric, and is similar to any type of clip-on or brooch. Be gentle when removing your accessory off of your garment or shoe (un-clip and remove, do not yank!).
